Roasted Nut Bars

INGREDIENTS

100 grams raw almonds

70 grams roasted cashew nuts

40 grams pistachios

1 cup cornflakes, slightly crushed

1/2 cup honey

100 grams dark chocolate, melted

INSTRUCTION

1. Preheat your oven to 180C. In a medium bowl, mix together almonds, cashews, pistachios, and cornflakes. Pour the honey over the mixture and stir until everything is coated well.

2. Transfer the mixture to a loaf tin lined with parchment paper and press it firmly with a glass to ensure no air pockets between the nuts

3. Bake in the oven for 35-40 mins or until golden brown.

4. Remove from the oven and let cool completely, cutting into 12 squares.

5. Melt the chocolate in the microwave and dip the squares bottom side in the chocolate and place on a wire rack. Place in the fridge until ready to eat
