Instructions

Step 1

Preheat fan forced oven to 180°.

Step 2

In a large bowl mix all ingredients except eggs.

Step 3

In another bowl whisk eggs.

Step 4

Add eggs to other ingredients and mix until combined.

Step 5

Place mixture into a greased quiche dish.

Step 6

  • 1 Large onion, diced
  • 1 cup Light cheese, grated
  • 1 cup Wholemeal self raising flour
  • 1/2 cup Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • 1 tsp Pepper
  • 5 Eggs
