Instructions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 180C. In a medium bowl, mix together almonds, cashews, pistachios, and cornflakes. Pour the honey over the mixture and stir until everything is coated well.

Step 2

Transfer the mixture to a loaf tin lined with parchment paper and press it firmly with a glass to ensure no air pockets between the nuts

Step 3

 Bake in the oven for 35-40 mins or until golden brown.

Step 4

Remove from the oven and let cool completely, cutting into 12 squares.

Step 5

Melt the chocolate in the microwave and dip the squares bottom side in the chocolate and place on a wire rack. Place in the fridge until ready to eat
