Instructions

Step 1

Heat a large non-stick frying pan over medium-high heat and spray with oil. Add onion; cook; stirring for 3 to 4 mins or until soft. Add garlic; cook for 1 min. Then add korma paste and cook for further minute or until fragrant.

Step 2

Add beef; cook, stirring, breaking up the beef for 4 mins or until browned. Add tomatoes, carrot & zucchini and bring to the boil.

Step 3

Reduce heat to medium. Cook, uncovered for 5 mins. Stir in peas & cook for 1 min.
