Cancellation Policy

Objectives and Background

Solutions with Food is dedicated to delivering excellent service promptly. To respect the time of all parties involved, we have a straightforward cancellation policy. This ensures fairness to our business and clients who could have booked an appointment.

Please note, inadequate notice of cancellation prevents others from being seen and will incur fees. Our policy clearly outlines cancellation procedures and associated charges.

The Policy

We understanding situations can arise in which you must cancel your appointment. Due to limited appointment availability, we request that you cancel with adequate notice. This allows us to fill that appointment slot.

We require a minimum of 2 business days notice by 5pm prior to your scheduled appointment to notify us of any changes or cancellation. Sessions on a Monday have until Thursday 5pm to reschedule.

If no prior notice is given or the notice given is not in accordance with the cancellation process, you will be charged a cancellation fee in full charge for the missed appointment.

Cancellation Fee

Solutions with Food’s cancellation policy stipulates a full charge of the appointment fee. This fee will be automatically charged to the credit card on file via our Pin Payment system. It is the client’s responsibility to settle this fee in full before scheduling the next appointment.

We recognise that unforeseen circumstances can lead to missed appointments. In cases of emergencies or unavoidable situations, clients may request a waiver of the cancellation fee, subject to Solutions with Food’s approval.

For enquiries or complaints regarding this policy, please contact us at admin@solutionsfood.com.au. We aim to respond within three business days.

Our cancellation policy is available on the Solutions with Food website, through our reception team at the time of booking an appointment, and our appointment reminders. All dietitians are informed about it and will implement the policy.
