Instructions

Step 1

Place the oats, peanut butter, skim milk powder, cocoa powder, vanilla and honey in a large bowl and stir until the mixture forms a thick dough.

Step 2

Fold most of the crushed Easter eggs through the mixture, reserving a small handful to decorate the tops.

Step 3

Roll 1 tablespoon (about 20 g) of the mixture into balls and place onto a tray lined with baking paper.

Step 4

Press a few extra crushed Easter eggs onto the top of each ball.

Step 5

Refrigerate for 30 minutes to firm before serving.

Ingredients

1 cup (90 g) quick rolled oats

½ cup (125 g) smooth peanut butter

¼ cup (30 g) skim milk powder

1 tablespoon cocoa powder

½ teaspoon vanilla extract

¼ cup honey

120 g Cadbury Mini Eggs, crushed (Place in a ziplock bag and tap with a rolling pin to create rough chunks, not crumbs.)
