Low FODMAP Peanut Butter Brownie Bites

Instructions

Step 1

Place oats and peanut butter in a food processor. Pulse until oats are coarsely ground and just mixed with the peanut butter.

Step 2

Add chocolate chips, golden syrup, cocoa powder and chia seeds and pulse until well combined. (If the mixture seems too dry – pulse in a tablespoon golden syrup until the desired, slightly sticky, easy to roll, consistency is achieved.)

Step 3

Using damp hands, roll the mixture into balls, 3cm in diameter (or 20 grams), then refrigerate until set.
