Instructions

Step 1

In a medium bowl, combine rolled oats, peanut butter, honey (or maple syrup), and choc chips (or cranberries). Stir until well combined.

Step 2

Place the mixture in the fridge for 20 minutes to firm up — this makes it easier to roll.

Step 3

Roll into balls, about 25 g each (1 tablespoon of mixture). Place on a tray or plate. Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 1 week.
