|1 Brown onion, finely chopped|

|4 Medium zucchini, coarsely grated|
|425g Canned tuna, drained, and flaked|
|1 cup Tasty cheese ,grated|
|1 cup Self raising flour|
|¼ cup Olive oil|
|1 punnet Cherry tomatoes, halved|
- Preheat oven to 180°C. Spray a non-stick baking tray.
- In a large bowl add zucchini, onion, garlic, tuna, cheese, eggs and oil and mix until well combined.
- Pour into prepared pan. Top with cherry tomatoes.
- Bake for 45 minutes or until golden and firm. Cool in the pan. Cut into pieces.
