|2 Plain Pita (pocket) Breads (about 15cm in diameter)|
|16 Thin Pretzels|
|¼ cup Low Fat Sour Cream|
|1 Avocado, peeled, deseeded and mashed|
|1 tablespoon Fresh Parsley, finely chopped|
|¼ teaspoon Lemon Pepper|
|¼ cup Tomato (or Capsicum), very finely chopped|
- Cut each pita bread, into 8 wedges. Insert pretzel stick half way into centre of the bottom of each wedge to form ‘tree trunk’.
- In a small bowl, mix sour cream, avocado, parsley and lemon pepper. Spread about tablespoon sour cream mixture on each pita wedge.
- Sprinkle tomato on each wedge to decorate. Serve immediately.
