|3 cups Crispy rice cereal (eg. Rice Bubbles)|
|1½ cups Chocolate chips|
|1 cup Peanut butter|
|½ cup Golden syrup|
- Line an 8 x 8 inch baking tray with baking paper
- Add rice cereal into a large mixing bowl and set a side. In a microwave safe bowl combine chocolate, peanut butter and golden syrup and heat for 3 minutes on 30% power or until melted. Remove from microwave and whisk until well combined.
- Pour chocolate mixture over the rice cereal and mix until well combined. Pour into lined baking tray and refrigerate for 60 minutes or until firm. Remove and cut into bars.
