|1 ½ Cup Rolled oats|
|½ Cup Plain flour|
|½ Cup Desiccated coconut|
|½ Teaspoon Ground cinnamon|
|3 Tablespoons Olive oil|
|3 Tablespoons Golden syrup|
|¼ Teaspoon Bicarbonate of soda|
|1 Tablespoon Water|
- Preheat oven to 160°C and line a baking tray with baking paper. Combine oats, flour, coconut and cinnamon in a bowl.
- Combine olive oil, golden syrup, bicarb soda and water in small bowl, mix until well combine.
- Add syrup mixture to the oat mixture and mix well. Roll level tablespoons of mixture into balls and place on lined tray. Gently press each ball to flatten slightly.
- Bake for 15 minutes, or until golden brown. Set aside on the trays to cool completely.
