|1½ Cups Plain Greek Yoghurt|
|2 Tablespoons Golden Syrup|
|½ Cup Granola Muesli|
|½ Cup Frozen Berries|
- Lay 12 mini cupcake cases or silicone muffin cups on a small baking tray.
- Mix Greek yoghurt and syrup in a bowl until combined. Spoon into muffin cases. Top with granola and frozen fruit.
- Place in the freezer for two hours or overnight, until the yoghurt is completely frozen. Serve immediately and keep stored in the freezer in an airtight container.
