Chicken and Apple Meatballs

500g Chicken Mince
1 Green Apple, grated
1 Onion, finely chopped
1 teaspoon Chicken Stock Powder
½ tablespoon Fresh Parsley, roughly chopped
50g Fresh Breadcrumbs


  1. Preheat oven to 180C. Line a baking dish with baking paper and set aside.
  2. In a large bowl, add chicken mince, grated apple, onion, stock powder, parsley and breadcrumbs and mix until well combined.
  3. Using your hands, form the mixture into about 20 small chicken balls and line up in rows in the prepared baking dish. Bake for 15-20 minutes or until slightly golden. Allow too cool slightly before serving.
