|500g Chicken Mince|
|1 Green Apple, grated|
|1 Onion, finely chopped|
|1 teaspoon Chicken Stock Powder|
|½ tablespoon Fresh Parsley, roughly chopped|
|50g Fresh Breadcrumbs|
- Preheat oven to 180C. Line a baking dish with baking paper and set aside.
- In a large bowl, add chicken mince, grated apple, onion, stock powder, parsley and breadcrumbs and mix until well combined.
- Using your hands, form the mixture into about 20 small chicken balls and line up in rows in the prepared baking dish. Bake for 15-20 minutes or until slightly golden. Allow too cool slightly before serving.
